International Auctioneer Championship!

Tammy Tisland International Auctioneer Champion

She is crowned the 2015 IAC Women’s Division Champion. Tammy is a Minnesota Auctioneer and proud member of the National Auctioneers Association has recently competed in a field of talented Auctioneers at the annual NAA Conference and Show in Addison, Texas. During the competition the contestants not only showcase their bid call skills, they have to prove that being an ambassador is one of the top priorities during their reign. Tammy without a doubt will represent the NAA {National Auctioneers Association} very well as she has during her entire career as a member of the organization. The Characteristics of a champion go well beyond the sharp skills of bid caller. How champion auctioneers conduct business on and off the stage reflects upon the entire organization. The ability to showcase her talents are very evident and she will be a wonderful Ambassador to the National Auctioneers Association as well as the entire auction industry.

Tammy has been a full-time professional auctioneer for 15 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and auction day expertise to the team of  United Country Aasness Auctioneers.

Tammy and her team have conducted well over 6000 auctions, specializing in selling real estate, firearms, farm equipment, antiques and estates as well as benefit auctions.

Tammy is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association, where she currently serves as the 2015 Minnesota Champion Auctioneer. Tammy is also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, American Legion Riders and Patriot Guard Riders where much of her spare time is committed to serving Veterans and their families. She lives on a small hobby farm north of Bemidji, MN where she loves to hunt and fish and enjoy her family.

Tammy’s competitive spirit, strong work ethic and love of people have made a great fit for her career as an auctioneer and real estate specialist.  She loves the land, outdoors and the people she serves.  This shows in her commitment to her clients and doing a “job well done.”

United Country Aasness Auctioneers again receive top honors

At the recent North Dakota State Auctioneers Association Conference and Show, held in Fargo, ND, Feb 6^th and 7^th, Cody Aasness of United Country Aasness Auctioneers received a top honor during the annual event. In the showcase Auctioneer Championships event, held on Fri Feb 6th, Cody Aasness was named the North Dakota State Champion Auctioneer. The Championships consist of a judged preliminary round of live selling along with a final round of selling for the Top five finalists. Cody is the son of Cary M. Aasness, who is the 1992 Mn Champion, 1997 All-Around Rv World Champion, 1999 ND Champion and 2005 International Champion Auctioneer, and Anita Aasness, owners and founders of the Auction and Real Estate Company.

In addition United Country Aasness Auctioneers was honored to receive the Top Award in the state association’s annual Advertising and Marketing Contest with their Farm Multi-Color Auction Poster.
The ND State Auctioneers Association is comprised of and attended by many of North Dakota’s, Minnesota’s and South Dakota’s leading auction companies. The annual conference and show features speakers, educational seminars and networking, along auction related events pertaining to the auction industry.
United Country Aasness Auctioneers, founded in 1985, has been serving the auction industry for 30 years conducting well over 6000 Auctions, specializing in Real Estate/Land/Lakeshore, Ag/Farm Auctions, Equipment Consignments, Classic and Antique Tractors/Toys, Sporting/Firearms, and also conduct Estate, Specialty and Benefit Auctions. United Country Aasness Auctioneers receive numerous top honors

   At the recent Minnesota State Auctioneers Association Conference and Show, held in Bloomington Mpls Metro, Mn Jan 8, 9 and 10, the United Country Aasness Auctioneers team received several top honors during the annual event.

   In the showcase Auctioneer Championships event, held on Thurs Jan 8^th, Tammy Tisland of Bemidji was named the Minnesota Champion Auctioneer. The Championship consists of a judged preliminary round of  live selling along with a finals interview and a final round of selling. Tammy is an Auctioneer/Realtor with United Country Aasness Auctioneers and operates out of the company’s Bemidji branch office.

   In addition United Country Aasness Auctioneers was honored to receive 3 top awards in the state association’s annual Advertising and Marketing Contest. The company received awards for excellence in multicolor and multisided poster divisions including 1^st place in Real Estate/Land, Real Estate/Personal Property and Farm Auction marketing divisions.

   The MN State Auctioneers Association is comprised of and attended by many of Minnesota’s leading auction companies, in addition to top companies from North and South Dakota, Wisconsin and Iowa as well. The annual conference and show features Speakers, Educational Seminars and Networking, the Auctioneer Championship and other auction related events pertaining to the auction industry.
